Robert J. Brehl Named Chief Financial Officer for Stoneweg US, LLC

St. Petersburg, FL. April 1, 2019: Stoneweg U.S., LLC, a real estate investment and management company based in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg, Florida announced the promotion of Robert J. Brehl to Chief Financial Officer effective April 1, 2019.

Rob joined Stoneweg U.S., LLC in April 2018 as Vice President of Finance. Since joining the company, Rob has implemented a new ERP and financial reporting system, streamlined and improved the treasury function, played a key role in building out the company’s leadership team and led several back-office initiatives to support the overall efficacy of the Company. In his new role, Rob will oversee the Accounting, Treasury and Technology departments, while working closely with the asset management and acquisition teams. Rob’s new role will also encompass working closely with third party property managers and investors as the company continues its rapid growth.

Rob has over 30 years of finance and accounting experience in real estate, multi-unit operating companies and public accounting. Rob began his career at a “Big Four” public accounting firm before joining a seniors housing owner/management company and then a real estate investment trust as a finance and accounting executive. Rob holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
