We implemented $3.8 million capital improvement plan emphasizing unit upgrades, exterior renovations, and common area amenities improvements. The goal of the value-add upgrades is to enhance the overall look and feel of the property.
The property is in an excellent location with strong growth, and we believe the rents at acquisition were below market, giving Stoneweg US the opportunity to reposition the property to achieve market rents.
